Pre-Order Policy

Some Yotty Boutik pieces are made available by pre-order in limited quantities. Placing a pre-order reserves your item and secures your size before it sells out.

How it works:

1. Payment: Full payment is charged at the time of your pre-order. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or recurring charge.

2. Estimated Dispatch: Your product page will show an estimated dispatch window at checkout. This timeline reflects production time for retail pre-orders and may vary by design.

3. Cancellations: Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. See our Order Cancellation Policy for full details.

4. Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll contact you directly with an updated timeline.
