Shipping, returns & exchanges

Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $150 or more after discounts and before tax. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout. International customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Eligible merchandise shipped back within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery may qualify for a refund. Days 15–30: exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact yottyboutik@gmail.com for return instructions.
