Order Cancellation Policy

### Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled within **24 hours** of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours:

* Production planning and material sourcing may begin.
* Cancellation requests may incur processing fees.
* Refund eligibility is determined at Yotty Boutik's discretion.

### Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of production:

**Pre-orders and made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from purchase.**

After this period:

* Fabrics may have been ordered.
* Production may have begun.
* Labor and material costs may have been incurred.

Therefore:

* No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour cancellation period.
* No store credits will be issued once production has started.
