Returns & Exchanges
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for store credit or a refund. You may also exchange any item for a different color or size free of charge, subject to inventory availability. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and contain all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Without exception, we will NOT accept returns after 14 days.
We do not provide a shipping label. Please return items in proper shipping materials such as poly mailers or a box. To continue with a return, please use our return and exchange form HERE. Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, clearance items or items discounted by 30% or more as these sales are final. All returns and exchanges are at our ultimate discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. In some circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal information, for verification purposes. We will not disclose any such personal information to any third parties.
REFUND POLICY
If you paid by credit card or gift card, the purchase amount (less any initial shipping charges) will be refunded to that same card or, at customer’s election, toward a future store purchase. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund your original payment method.
Prices of goods, services, delivery, and other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged in any way or if you receive the incorrect item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at yottyboutik@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
In addition, we urge you to OPEN YOUR PACKAGES WITH CAUTION as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leave our store , including those which may be lost or stolen. If you believe your order may be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to resolve the problem.
