Returns and Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. You may also exchange an item for a different size or color, free of charge, subject to inventory availability.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be shipped back in proper packaging (e.g., a poly mailer or box) to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if these conditions are not met or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage.

IMPORTANT: Returns and exchanges will not be processed for items received after 14 days from the delivery date. To proceed with a return or exchange, please email us or click on the return option in your order information.

Please note: We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@yottyboutik.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear pictures of the damaged or defective product.

Once we verify the issue, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Note: Please handle your packages with care when opening. We are not responsible for damages caused after the product has been delivered or for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier for resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and must meet all return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Refunds will be processed only after we inspect the returned item(s).
  • If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

Refund Timeline

  • For Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for returning products to our address. We recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining the tracking details.
  • For Defective/Damaged Products: We offer a free pickup service for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer support team to arrange the pickup.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only processed for items that are defective, damaged, or not up to standard, or if you need a different size or color (subject to availability). We will ship the replacement item after verifying and approving the exchange request.

Additional Notes

  • YOTTY BOUTIK reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.
  • Any personal information provided during the return/exchange process will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
